Welcome to the Côte d’Azur community website! Côte d’Azur Owners Association is a community located along the edge of the San Francisco Bay in the charming town of Sausalito. This quiet, class A property offers sweeping views of the bay and the City of Sausalito. Côte d’Azur is just moments away from the Golden Gate Bridge.
The Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board of Directors typically hold monthly Board Meetings and all owners are invited to participate.
Generally, the Association maintains the exterior of the buildings, landscaping, private parking, exterior lighting, walkways, roofing, and other common elements of the property in accordance with the Association's governing documents. Additionally, building insurance and refuse are paid for by the Association.
