Enrollment: In order to access the secure area of the portal you will need to enroll. You will be asked for your first name, last name, and account number to complete the enrollment and verification process. These must be entered exactly as they entered in the accounting software, including any punctuation marks. All fields are case sensitive. Please contact dbonilla@ebcommunitymanagers.com for the information you need to enroll.
Convenience Fees: EBCM has contracted with Yardi to provide the portal service and there are convenience fees associated with credit card transactions.
The fees are as follows:
Electronic Check: Free
Credit Card: 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard, Discover / 3% for American Express
Credit Card: 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard, Discover / 3% for American Express
